Our safety rules focus on the most common OSHA violations in construction. Day to day awareness and safety plans are implemented daily with employees because we want them to think about their safety before each action they perform.
• Pre-job JSA Meetings are performed before each shift (all employees are involved in creating JSA’s, not just supervisors)
• Mid-day Brief after lunch
• Post Job Review at end of workday
Pre-employment drug screens are administered in addition to random screenings throughout the year.
Employees receive General OSHA compliance training, PowerSafe Training, as well as specialize training in areas such as forklift training, rigging, confined space entry, etc.
